the boogie boys—the trio of boogie knight, romeo j.d., and lil' rahiem—may have gotten the most attention for their '85 single "fly girl," and perhaps rightfully so. but on 12" "city life" is actually the a-side, it's funky and smooth and definitely a keeper in its own right. this is the dub version.
